Shiftoku is provided as a casual puzzle game for personal use. You may play the daily lock, practice older locks, share non-spoiler results, and link to the site. Please do not use the service in a way that damages the site, interferes with other players, or attempts to bypass normal gameplay.

• Personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution.
• No attempts to overload, disrupt, or automatically manipulate the service.

3. Intellectual Property

Game mechanics, UI, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks without permission. You may share your own results using the built-in share tools, provided that the share does not reveal hidden puzzle answers or imply that you represent Shiftoku.

4. Local Progress and Availability

Shiftoku saves progress locally in your browser. We cannot guarantee that local progress, streaks, settings, or Practice Vault history will remain available if you clear browser data, change devices, use private browsing, or block local storage. We may also update, pause, or remove parts of the service if needed for maintenance, security, or product changes.

5. Ads and Third-party Services
